The reporting party (RP) stated during a family therapy session Dallas disclosed that while in his bedroom at the foster home the foster father started yelling at him. The foster father told the foster child he was a threat to the other children and would have to move. The RP stated while the foster mother was videotaping the child and he hit the phone away. According to the RP the foster mother took him by his arm and placed him on the bed. The foster mother blocked the door preventing access to water. Additionally the foster child disclosed that he was locked outside briefly. The foster child revealed the foster mother is not speaking to him however; he was told he was no longer part of the home.
