The reporting party (RP) she received a call from her son foster youth Omari Nairobi Brown DOB: 8/7/99 on 2/15/17. Omar disclosed he was attacked by two staff members. According to Omari on 2/12/17 he was asked to give up his tablet and he refused. He stated on staff member restrained him by the neck to prevent him from getting up causing his neck to become sore. While the RP was speaking with Omari on the telephone, she could hear a staff member yelling at him to get off the phone in order to complete his chores.
