REPORTER: The reporter/FPS (Cynthia) called with concerns for the victim, Gabriel. According to the reporter, last night (11/10/2015), she received a phone call from Officer David Vandiver. Yesterday afternoon (11/10/2015), Alexis was in her home (Judah Road/Southern Part) with Gabriel and Nathan Blassett (boyfriend). Mr. Blansett got angry with the child because he drunk some of his orange juice from his glass. Mr. Blansett went and got a belt and began whipping the child, and he hit him on the arm. Last night (11/10/2015), the officer sent a picture to Cynthia’s phone of the child with a red mark on his arm. Alexis stepped in and tried to stop him, and he began hitting her.
