REPORTER: The reporter/ Nurse (Julia) called to report sexual abuse for the victims, Elyzabeth and Jahari. According to Julia, on 10/10/2015, Elyzabeth was touched by a 9 year old neighbor, while playing outside by themselves in a tree house. Julia said when Cynthia went outside; she noticed that the 9 year old ran home. The child got down out of the tree house and said “nothing nasty happened in the tree house”, and mom (Cynthia) suspect that something happened. The child told Cynthia “he touched her buttocks”, but there were no details given. Elyzabeth denied touching and any genital exposure from the 9 year old. The incident took place in Elyzabeth’s parent’s home; the reporter said Jahari’s mother was at her own home. Cynthia was responsible
