The man who plays these two roles are often feels conflict such as long working hours, little time spend at home, dropping in between activities in both work and family. If the employee work with more job involvement, will leads to increase the work-family conflict, increased burnout, lack of job satisfaction, and reduced commitment. It is noted that as experience work-life conflicts are indirectly proportional (Cinamon & Rich, 2005). When the employees have more experience will handle the work life conflict in best manner.
