The relationship between Indonesia and Australia is heated up since many negative issues that happened recently. It slowly started from the phone tapping of Indonesian President and its ministers by Australia and continues to tighten with the issue of asylum seekers and refugees. The issue has risen in terms of marine border between both countries caused by the blurry policies of asylum seekers in Australia, which caused Indonesia has to act accidentally to be responsible of the excessive asylum seekers who turned back from Australia to Indonesia without any alerts. According to Taylor (2014), the last time, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has invited the PM of Australia, Tony Abbott in term of discussing the issues are going recently. It was held in Bali in Government Open Meeting. Abbot seems friendly to Yudhoyono and agreed to probably return the Indonesia’s Ambassador to Canberra soon (Taylor, 2014). Moreover, according to Bachelard (2013), both countries foreign ministers still meet each other to discuss the recent issues. According to Pacific Island Report (2014), The Australia Foreign Minister, Julie Bishop says that, those are all impossible for Australia to disobey the laws as the world knows that also the international laws. Bishop says that, Australia is always following the structure of the laws, even if the turning back the boats it must be part of the laws too (Pacific island Report,
