The Relationship Between Ethanol And Pancreatin

The hypothesis that I developed was that the concentration with the most amount of ethanol would digest the fat in the half and half faster than the concentration with the least amount of ethanol. The hypothesis is clearly stated as to what is expected to happen during the experiment with the addition of Ethanol to the enzyme of Pancreatin. In future studies the hypothesis could have been modified by stating exactly what about of Ethanol would be added to inhibit the enzyme rather than saying ‘least’ and ‘large’ amount. Although this part was not added, I was able to indicate what I was studying. Based on the hypothesis I was given a base as to what to focus on within the background section.
