The Relationship Between Crooks In John Steinbeck's Of Mice And Men

In the Novel ‘Of Mice and Men’ by John Steinbeck, three main character's that Steinbeck uses who were treated unfairly and can be reflected to the society today.

Crooks is a black african american man who works like a slave and lives in his own small room, isolated from the other men. He is given very little rights and is treated badly by Curley and other men. We know this because when Lennie enters Crooks room Crooks scowled at him and tells Lennie “You got no right to come in my room. This heres my room. Nobody got any right in here but me. This shows that crooks is given very little rights and is quite startled when someone enters his room. Crooks is shown as been isolated from the other men.
