When I first started working at Gensuite I became friends with a lot of employees that started the same time as me. The difference is that I had previous job experience out of school, so I knew when to speak up about when I was uncomfortable. And that is exactly what I did, when we all first started there was not a clear direction for what was expected of us, or what we were supposed to start on first. I have seen my success at Gensuite, because I have spoken up about what I did not like and expressed ways to fix it. This is rare for leadership at Gensuite to see and they have expresses that they want to see more employees just tell them what they want, because they are busy themselves so they can fall behind on checking on all of the employees and their integration into the company. You can learn a lot about how you are doing as a company when you anonymously pole your employees. I learned a lot about their struggles once they felt comfortable with me, whenever I told them to tell someone about it, they brought up that it was too scary to say something.
