I must admit that I am among the numerous people who believe that learning is a lifelong process. Weighing in on Aristotle who believed that knowing is obtained through sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch; I feel as though that is only a part of the process. I agree with learning being defined as a process and an outcome, since despite whatever obstacles we face there will unquestionably be an outcome, whether it is to our liking or not.
Despite the varying opinions and theories relating to adult learning, the fact remains that learning occurs in a variety of ways. The different perspectives, in reference to intelligence, proved to be quite interesting. For instance, the Theory of Crystallized Intelligence is widely accepted, since in my opinion, it is logical. It is difficult to ascertain whether or not a greater cohort increase will exist in such a multicultural society, since everyone is not exposed to or maintains access to large amounts of repeated visual technological media.
