The Reflection Of My Lifestyle Choices In Daily Life

Each individual’s daily life is completely different, maybe some of them full of activities, some of them may be more relaxed and others more stressful, some people may take healthier decision than others; what it is completely true is that every person has a unique story to tell. Everyday minutes run and we keep following the sense of our occupations, but let’s pretend you could stop time just for one short moment, would you be enough brave to see and accept your mistakes and change something to vary the path that is struggling you? Generally, we as humans sometimes complain about a specific situation and we drown in a glass of water. Actually, what is necessary to see is what we have decided and done in the past and what we have made our habits is the result of the present. Lifestyle choices are essential to determine the way someone wants to live and in some way they become part of daily life, the choices and decision an individual has constructed throughout his life are the reflect of present-day.

Therefore, I stopped using plastic bags and to go to the market I use a tote bag to carry things and food; I only use biodegradable and compostable bags for garbage. In addition, two weeks later neighbors started observing that my family did not like to ask for a plastic bag to the sellers in the market and we only used tote bags. At the beginning, everybody thought we were crazy, but with time more neighbors started using the tote bags and to make a bigger environmental impact sellers decided to charge for the plastic bags, so at the end anyone would like to pay for many plastic bags and were forced to use tote bags. As result, my lifestyle choice influenced an entire community protecting the environment with the reduction of the plastic
