If the wrong approach is used conflict can be extremely destructive to good teamwork. It is important to remain open and aware of new pattern communications and goals or motives for participants. It will be helpful if everyone has had a fair input in generating a solution so that everyone feels satisfied. When conflict is resolved effectively, team members can develop stronger mutual respect and a renewed faith in their ability to work together. Keep a positive approach to conflict resolution to calm the situation. Do your best to be courteous to one another and remain constructive under pressure. Listen carefully and agree to establish the objective. Explore options together and be open to the idea that a third position may exist, and that you can get to this idea
