Being in the work industry a person interacts with many managers and supervisors and nevertheless other co – workers. These are the people that you interact with all day and more than 20+ hours a week. This is a lot more time than being at home at one’s comfort. The work place will become a person’s second home. Being comfortable and being able to get along with the co-workers will create a better work space and it’s a healthier, stronger relationship to carry the company’s mission. Communication is key to having a good work ethic.

They are the key to have a successful business running. To be a strong work ethic; Setting and achieving goals. These bakers set ideas respond well to goals and it creates a stronger vibe and work ethic than just clocking in and out every day. When it comes to finding good employees, hiring managers often look for candidates who can take initiative and get work done with little to no encouragement. The employees will understand the importance of good communication, and just how badly things can go wrong when a message is unclear or missed altogether. Personality can mean the difference between an employee who doesn't stay long and fails to produce vs. an all-star who is going to significantly increase your competitive advantage. It’s an important factor that the workers all get along because being a bakery there is not much space to move around and be able to separate from themselves. The key is every one to have a good “vibe” and to get along to have an effective working place. Having co-workers, they love to see someone who comes to work with a smile on his/ her face and is always optimistic, whatever the situation. Positive and happy behavior is contagious.
