The reconstitution was the time after the Civil War of rebuilding the United States. In which the federal government set conditions to help the Southerns back into the union. Even though the Reconstitution was not a war it still had the feeling of it. The main struggle was waged by radical northerners people who wanted to punish the Southerners who really wanted to preserve the way they lived life. The Reconstitution had different goals which include rebuild the South, united, and give the opportunity to the slavers to have a better life.
