Well, English is my 2nd language, and I’m re-taking this course (English 102) for the second time. I’ve been working hard in this class in order to pass it, but unfortunately, I couldn’t make it. Yes, I’ve gotten a couple of zeros on quizzes, which is my fault. And that one time where I didn’t know that we (students) aren’t allowed to use their own papers that they had before on a repeated class. I’ve been going to the writing center in almost every single paper that was due in this class to get help as much, along with the 5 extra points. But rules are rules and totally agree on that. I went to see my teacher afterward and she was too kind to me and I really appreciate everything she did for me. Also, she gave me a warning on that paper and she won’t file an academic misconduct referral with the Dean 's office. Then I explained everything to

This is my second time re-taking this class and I’ve tried all I can. If I failed this class, I won’t be able to take any more classes due to my financial aid. And my parents can’t afford to pay for them. My dad is disabled and the one only who works in the house is my mother (I know Mrs,Wilfong won’t care about that part, but it’s the truth). I can’t even go tell her, “mom I failed English again” I’m her only hope in life, and everyone makes mistakes. Yes, we go by the rules, we also have a sense of humor. I’m apologizing for Mrs, Wilfong and I still think she’s a great

Low grades on test, quizzes, assignment and missing homework were my problem in the class. The way the class went was, either you do the assignments or you do not get a grade at all.…
