Nowadays, crime that occur in this generation increase rapidly. Crime separated into two different category small crime and serious crime. Small crime such as thief will be punish through small punishment. Prison for 2 to 3 year determine what amount thing u steal. Serious crime such as murderer will be punish through “Death penalty” also known as Capital Punishment is the judicially ordered execution of a prisoner for a serious crime (Karniss, 2013). Serious crime like rape, murder, kidnapper will normally be punish through capital punishment. Capital punishment is normally punish person who do crime that will hurt other person or take away a person life.

This is because some of them can’t control their emotional when the other person behavior is too bad, for example a student that been bully by one of the gangster and the other day the gangster die killed by that student. Some capital crimes are committed in such an emotional state that the perpetrator did not think about the possible consequences. (June 16th, 2012). Google can search many news about this phenomena and it not capital punishment is not useful. Capital punishment is only one out of many tools to maintain peace in this world. This could be because they didn’t know how serious if they killed a person. That is why a death penalty campaign will occur to give people know the example how people with death penalty die and it also to remind people serious crime is not something you can simply do. In my opinion, crime still increasing is because lack of event that remind a person how serious crime be punish. Maybe more death penalty campaign will decrease the crime. Some of people do serious crime because they thought no one will caught them this mind set give them the courage to do crime scene. This problem still can’t be solve until now because it human behaviour. Capital punishment can make a person think twice before doing crime but it doesn’t totally avoid them to do
