Our big blue world is dying and we are the cause. Human beings are wasteful creatures: people overstock their fridge with food that they will just toss out because it was left in their too long, some countries ( the USA) won’t invest into renewable energy because they are afraid of losing their oily money, then we make things that are more harmful than good like Whole Foods already peeled organic oranges that come in a decent size clear plastic container that cost about six dollars. Humans take from the earth and every day we use up more and more natural resources. And sooner rather than later we are going to fight with each other over water, space and may be even clean air. Well here is an easy solution people need to get a license before they are allowed to have children. To gain a license you must make enough money to care for the child, take a basic parenting course, have enough time to spend with the baby and a thorough background test. To make sure no child grows up in poverty you must make at bare minimum forty- five thousand and over to take care of a child. This is just a project because the cost of living is different from state to state. The basic parenting course will be ran by both a child psychiatrists, pediatricians and any licensed parent who volunteers. The course will teach the basics of what to do when ( insert horrible thing) happens, who to call and the do and don’ts of child rearing. This is to give the parents or parent a little know how, so they are not going in blind. (Yes, just like the movies.) Once a year on some random day probably on a weekend, all crimes all over the world will be legal for the next twelve hours but there needs to be a couple of rules put in place so no with nuke codes destroys the world. Rule number uno; You can not purge on someone’s private property where they are living. If a person is buying a house tax on that piece of land you can’t purge it. That means you can’t go to Sally’s house and drag her out by her hair, steal from her house or do anything illegal on her property but if you have a rocket launcher you can blow up her house while standing in the streets. Second rule; No! crimes are allowed to be committed against anyone younger than 20. That includes any zygote or fetus in the womb. So if Sally had kids that live in her house you can’t kill them along with her. The kids deserve a right to live for awhile after passing all of the physical and mental exams. Last, no country can commit a crime against another country without going through the normal due processes and world leaders are not allowed to be involved with the purge. So, the US can’t send every drone it has to Iraq, just because. All crimes must be handled within a country 's
