The real age test is a combination if questions about personal heath, dieting habits, and family background. The system takes the answer an individual gives, analyzes them, and then gives an estimated age. This age may match, be higher, or lower than the actual age of the individual. Sometimes this age can be a surprise to the individual. This test makes the individual truly examine certain areas of their life that is otherwise left unnoticed.

Most of them were an overall question about a topic. The specific health questions that were asked were only questions from the areas that selected I was

My score on the real age test was nineteen years old. I was surprised by this because I expected to be older than I actually am. I have been told that I tend to act more mature than individuals my age. I also am not as healthy as I should be. I assumed that would have played a factor in my score. I should be more physically active than I am. My diet is also not the best diet. I expected these factors to increase my score; however, they seem to have helped lower my score.
Implications for Future Practice This test could be beneficial in my future social work practice. It could help clients process certain areas of their life like personal health, diet, and physical activity. It could also help me as the social work better understand my client’s background. Many clients may not give out certain health issues, but this test could shed some light on those areas. The test could also be unhelpful if the social worker does not know how to interpret the results for the client.
Conclusion
This test was very unique. The results surprised me with a lower score than I was expecting. It made me think about certain health areas in my life that I do not usually think about. I became more aware of areas that I need to improve on. The test could also be a helpful tool for practicing social workers to use with their
