Young adults are becoming more independent at the harsh fear of not knowing what to do with one’s life or not meeting the expectations of your parents can cause severe trauma in the individual. Other reasons for teenagers to be depressed; things such as the divorce of their parents, moving to a new community, loss of a significant other, not having money to help their family, some type of mental disorder, or drug abuse. When something very tragic happens and they have no way out other than killing themselves. When parents get divorce, children usually get depressed. They move to another community where they have to meet new people and make new friends which most of the time is very difficult to get use to if one does not seek help. There are many teenagers who have suffered the loss of someone very close to them and they feel like they can not go on with their own lives if they do not have this significant other with them. Most teenagers also need to help their family to pay the bills like rent, phone, electricity, etc. This means that they either work, study, do both or start using and selling drugs to earn money to survive and to help at home. This causes them to become aggressive and depressive to the point of killing themselves. Many of these teenagers who need to earn money to survive and to help their family come from another country so that makes it even worse because now they have to learn a new language and a different culture where they have to find a way to balance everything. There are many disorders that a teenager could have that they are basically waiting to die so instead of waiting for this
