The author’s main thesis
I believe that the author's main thesis may be found on page 850, on the first passage and the last sentence of this passage. For the main purpose I think that this may be her thesis because she point at starting off saying “Focusing” when the authors starts off their sentences in this keywords, …show more content…
This picture that the author added is a scene of a european man, a european women and as well two natives men. The women is covering her eyes while the european men is forcing a native men to drink some tea who is laying on the ground, and the other man that I mention is on the ground as well. The author really did not provide any visual sources that her reader could image what was happening throughout this period of time and how the natives women and men felt towards being harm. By analyzing this images I believe the author did showed just image to her readers how men were being mistreated but really did not showed any other times of events that occur at this time. According to this propaganda the man is suffering from this is probably going to be seen as a female to her readers but for me she is seen more like a male, I believe this because throughout the Boston Tea Party the British were in power over the Americans, this also relates to the article how men were harmed by seeing how this male iis tire down and a British man is holding him down so he won't escape. If the author could have just added one or two more images throughout this time period then it will have made her work better, but overall she did a great job explaining her
