This paper reviews the racism in the education system, especially in the universities and research concluded that the acceptance of small numbers of students who belong to minority groups in the community thus lead to less representation in businesses and jobs in all public and private forces. This which will result in the fact to the absence of justice, equality and declining representation of minorities in leadership positions. Researcher have noted that there are special policies to provide aid and scholarships to help students with low incomes to enroll in universities, while there are no such policies to help students from minorities such as blacks Americans or Hispanics.
