The year of 2016 is quite unique because it holds so many monumental moments for the United States during the presidential race . This year every registered voter in America gets to take part in choosing the next president of the United States. The race for president in 2016 has already held so many surprises and it still has more to come. It is quite common for candidates to come from similar backgrounds, qualities, and political experience. Except, from the pool of candidates this year the nation see’s a wide spectrum of people. In the spectrum there is Donald Trump who is a businessman who earned a lot of his money from pageants, there is Hillary Clinton who in all fairness is the only woman who has ever had an actual shot at becoming president, there is Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio who are some of the youngest presidential candidates ever, and there is Bernie Sanders who is one of the oldest presidential candidates ever. The race for 2016 president is very significant because of this broad spectrum of candidates.

One of the candidates that is doing fairly well this advanced in the race is Marco Rubio. Rubio is currently the senator of Florida and he is lawyer. He is 44 years old and was born in Miami Florida on May, 28th 1971. His parents are both Cubans and they immigrated to the United States in 1956.
