This quotation is when Boo is going to shoot Johnny to send Johnny back to real world, and Johnny was asking Boo for a last hug, and Boo chose to hug him. This quotation accentuates the hug, which is a symbol of forgiveness, which is important throughout one’s life. “Blood Brother” is showing that the bond between Boo and Johnny, and Boo have seen Johnny as his really brother. “Yet I shiver”, this implies that Boo is nervous as he is going to send his blood brother back to America.

This quotation is when Johnny ask Boo to shoot him, and Boo’s forgiveness of Johnny made him to reach for revolver. This quotation is significant is because it examine that forgiveness is to let go the hate and sometimes give an opportunity to the person to have second chance or redemption.
