(An analysis of the qualities the best political leader must have.) What qualities make a person want to follow a leader? That is the question we will be asking today, we want to know what different goals a leaders should strive for to be the most effective in ruling his country. Here are just a few, “Know yourself and seek self-improvements, be technically proficient, seek responsibility, set the example, etc.” (Jago, A.G., 1982) Leading people is a big deal; you must make the decision that could affect their lives drastically. They will look up to your example and watch for every mistake you make, and mistakes are inevitable, so take them with a grain of salt and move on. There are so many different ways to lead, and there are many leaders out there. Some are natural born and are ready to lead once out into the world, others are more restrained and have no wanting to be in charge. You just have to find the right one that is best for your country.
