The Great Pyramid is one of the most significant structures in the ancient world. It is the oldest seven wonder of the world and it never ceases to amaze the people that visit it. The Pyramid is said to miraculously heal those that visit it from various ailments. There are also many other reasons people are drawn to the Pyramid, some like historians, have to for work. Some are just your regular joe who is enamored with the astonishing mystery and beauty of it. Whatever the reasons for visiting them Pyramid, it will always lead to more questions. Like why was it built? What was it used for? These questions may never be answered, but the search for answers may never end. The Great Pyramid was built in Cairo Egypt, on the African continent, by the ancient Egyptians circa 2550 B.C.E.(http://www.nationalgeographic.com/pyramids/khufu.html). The pyramid of Khufu is the largest of the three pyramids at Giza.
