Nicholas Carr believed that performing frequent routines will modify the brain. He also believes that operating the internet isn’t the most convenient way of finding a new scheme even though it is also adjusting your brain since it will alter with your mind and body by not focusing on certain things for a long period of time and also starting to fidget a great quantity. He also explains in the book that his brain or mind doesn’t feel the same,”... I used to find it easy to immerse myself in a book or a lengthy article… Now my concentration starts to drift after a page or two (5).” This shows that he couldn’t concentrate for a long period of time whenever he wanted to read a book.
