What is the purpose of gangs? People related in gangs have common factors and different ethnicity that bring these groups together. The gangs begin to cause hatred to one another from disagreements on the streets being controlled by other gang members. Gangs seek for their respect by marking territories that lead to brawls and crime rates to increase.
