Vaping a steam or smoking tobacco laced with chemicals, are ecigs a healthier alternative to cigarettes? I say healthier and I realize that there is no way to smoke anything and it be healthy, that’s just not how the human body works. Is there an alternative to smoking cigarettes full of cancer causing chemicals and other chemicals just to get us addicted? E cigs have not gone through enough tests to be understood completely. There are lots of rumors concerning e-cigs, but one thing that is known is that they are healthier than cigarettes, and you can control the amount of nicotine aiding in quitting all together.
What is vaping and how does it work? Vaping is the act of heating a liquid called E Liquid producing a steam or vapor. The devices that do this are called electronic cigarettes. There are simple ones that look, and feel like a cigarettes and there are others that are nothing like an actual cigarette and produce a large amount of vapor. The electronic cigarette was invented by Herbert Gilbert. It was not until 2003 that the product hit the market. It is still fairly new and still being discovered by people every day. It is healthier but not healthy because nothing but air is supposed to be inhaled into your lungs, so anything else that is inhaled is not healthy. Your body is made to heal itself, it is amazing how fast people’s lungs can heal after they stop smoking. The advantages to vaping is that there are no tar and no cancer causing toxins. The absence of just these chemicals allow the lungs to begin healing almost immediately. One of the biggest things that discourage smokers from quitting is the coughing they experience after they quit smoking. This is caused from the lungs getting rid of the buildup or tar and other substances that are not supposed to be present in a healthy
