Transformation is one of inevitable stages of any organisations. In order to contrust the perception of ''changing in business'', people should fully appreciate two kinds of factors. Many internal factors and external factors might effect these alternation processes. The former can be considered as peripheral elements such as competitive environment, consumer requirements, cutting-edge technologies, government policies or even economic conditions. On the contrary, the latter includes organisational culture, human resource, image of the company or recruitment policy. In the Lotteria's working company, employees are trained mediculously about the fast-food service. For example, in the fast-paced life, speedy service is tremendously essential for fast-food industry workers. Customer-oriented care is put on the priority, all staves always give smile and welcome message ''Welcome to Lotteria'' when any customer open the door. By this way, Lotteria can have first impression and gain customers' loyalty. Mr. Kyuk-ho Shin, the CEO of this organisation, deemed that salespeople are the representatives when they service and communicate directly with customers. Emloyees should be prepared specific skills to understand and solve fastidious customers or challenging cricumstances in different areas. More importantly, it is vital, crucial to pay attention on these high-qualified employees' ideas and opinions which change the method of managemnet in Lotteria. All employees are equal of career promotion when they contribute creative ideas, precious comments. The number of fast-food stores are escalating dramatically, Lotteria have to discover more and more strategies to adopt and overcome this dynamic and highly competitive market. For example, Lotteria was set up later than other fast-food brands, so choosing the key product or speciality food is extremely important. Burgers of Lotteria need to compete with Burger King which is dominant this kind of food. Innovation is the only way to embrace this challenge. Lotteria innovates two new flavors of burger categories: Veggie Rice Bun and Whole Wheat Bun. Both these kinds of burgers contain fewer calories than others. It brings more nutrient and healthier meals for customers. Customers are more likely to be persuasive about healthier fast food products. Lotteria has more advantage about taste than other Western fast-food brands when they enter to Asian market. Another external factor is the development of morden technologies such as 3G mobile services, smart phones. Lotteria developed some new channels for customers to order products. For example, customers can access to its website and order goods online, employees will carry products without delivery fees quickly and effectively. Moreover, Lotteria uses the development of media to advertise many activities to attract customers especially teenagers.
