With the increasing popularity of the debate over transgenders and the public bathroom, the transgender movement has started to push not only for bathroom rights but anti-discrimination laws as well. The two sides of this, now growing debate, is that transgenders are humans and deserve basic human right, as well as, that just like the LGBT movement gained laws to protect their rights, i.e. marriage and protection from employment discrimination, the trans gender movement should be granted the same rights. Where as, the other side is that the transgender movement does not need extra laws protecting them from discrimination and laws giving them rights because they are not deprived of actual human rights because they are allowed access to the bathroom,
