“One small step for man one giant leap for mankind” arguably one of the most well-known quotes around the world. In the late 1960’s the United States along with the help of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in what was a very dangerous mission sent a man to the moon for the very first time. NASA sent three men Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins. Since that very day, there have been countless debates on if the moon landing actually happened or it was just a hoax put on by the United States to beat the Soviet Union to the moon in the Space Race. After the men of the Apollo 11 mission returned to safely to the surface of the Earth theorist started to spring up saying the whole mission was faked. There are many popular theories of how the lunar landings are faked …show more content…
With all this evidence that is out there on the Moon landings, there is still no definitive answer to if the landings actually happened or they didn't happen. Although when mankind hasn't been up to the moon since that day in July then there has to be some reason why no country has been back to the moon weather not having to capability or there is something up there that shouldn't be messed around with, and along with this the rock theory has to be one of the most convincing ones because the reason for the label being there was that when the picture was going through a copy machine there was a hair stuck in the machine and that is what created the "C" and that doesn't to me sound very believable in the slightest along with why would it be going through a copy machine in the first place that just shouldn’t happen.Maybe one day, someone will end up back on the moon and confirm that it is actually possible to go to the moon but until that day we are free to make our own conclusions on what happened that very day in

This evidence states that the astronauts brought back rocks from the Moon’s surface. ALL the scientists who examined the rock agreed that it was a rock from the moon. If all the scientists were trained Professionals (like I believe they would be) then those rocks must have been from the Moon. The fourth and final reason is my nineteenth piece of evidence. This evidence tells us that on the Moon’s surface you can actually see the Lunar Buggies tracks.…

The year is 1961 and the U.S. is six years deep in a space race with the Soviet Union to show off to each other who has the best air and space capabilities. President Kennedy gives a speech saying that we will go to the moon “not because it is easy, but because it is hard” (Engle). Less than a decade later, on July 20th, 1969 at 20:17:40 UTC, the Apollo 13 mission put Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on the moon (“Theories”). Ever since that day the people have doubted the fact that we ever put people on the moon. An opinion poll found six percent of American believed the U.S. did not go to the moon, with it jumping to 20% after Fox released the 2001 documentary: Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon?…

Some people think that the moon landing in 1968 was fake. But, some people think it's real. People think that after the rocket launched it didn’t go to space and they staged it and made it seem like it landed on the moon. And others say it's real because millions of people were watching. And even other countries that were trying to get to the moon first can't prove it was fake.…

Apollo 11 discovered that the moon is lifeless; containing no living organisms, fossils, or native organic compounds (SNASM). Extensive research and testing revealed no proof for life, past or present, to be found in the lunar samples. Because of the idea of aliens inhabiting the lunar land, a plaque was attached to the leg of the lunar landing vehicle that read “ HERE MEN FROM THE PLANET EARTH FIRST STEP FOOT UPON THE MOON JULY 1969 A.D. WE CAME IN PEACE FOR ALL MANKIND” (SNASM). This plaque was signed by former president Richard Nixon along with all three astronauts that took part in the lunar landing mission.…

On July 20, 1969, NASA successfully sent three men, Neil Armstrong, “Buzz” Aldrin, and Michael Collins, to the Moon for its Apollo 11 mission, one of the many missions in the Apollo program. About seven years after the landings, in 1976, a man named Bill Kaysing released a book title We Never Went to the Moon: America’s Thirty Billion Dollar Swindle, in which he claimed that the entire landing was simply a hoax. Since then, many people have read this book (or similar books) or heard about the conspiracy theory online and on television programs, causing it to become practically mainstream. Today, there are numerous arguments claiming to disprove the Moon landing, though many of these are easily disproven by even those who are not experts. Still, there remain some relatively strong arguments about the technology of the time, and some arguments about abnormalities in the photographs that require some more thought.…

There is an abundance of evidence supporting the theory that the very first moon landing, in 1969, was a hoax. The one reason that the waving flag, when you look at the photo of Neil on the moon, the flag does know that it 's moving and that is a little odd since there is no atmosphere out there, that is a huge head scratcher just because if they were really on the moon why is it moving. Another reason why I agree with it being a conspiracy is because the claim has it that if they landed on the moon that the crater would be so much deeper and larger than it really is. In the photo, it is not really even visible or ever look like it was moved. Of the 10 reasons that I saw, reading into them really makes me think that maybe the moon landing never really happened. The claims that are being said really make sense, especially if you look at the photos being shown; you see exactly what thousands of others see.…

An Impossible Mission Only the third intended mission to the moon and it wouldn’t quite make it. On April 13, 1970 two days after flight Apollo 13 lifted off something went wrong. The three men, Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert, and Fred Haise trained as any other astronaut would, but what happened was unpredictable. The three men had just finished a broadcast to the citizens back home without many people joined watching. It was 56 hours into the mission where a cryo-stir had occurred this caused Oxygen tank 2 in the service module to explode while the astronauts were miles from earth.…

One last one is the fact that The moon is constantly being bombarded with micrometeorites that travel at speeds of 20,000 mph. A bullet from a rifle travels up to 800 mph. So wouldn’t NASA be concerned for the astronauts about possibly being hit by these? Too many questions for scientists and NASA to answer, so was it faked, produced by a film crew, edited by editors and not thoroughly looked at by all the people involved?
