Advances in technology can help provide entertainment and help pass time and stay in touch with family and friends. Although cell phone were used to keep in touch, for business purposes but car using were not one of the purposes that phone were made to serve as, while distracting drivers and kill and or injuring people and their fore making it a public concern. Obtaining a cell phone is easy considering that it is inexpensive and affordable, and serves at multiple uses such as GPS, calling checking the Temperature, it serves as a calculator, and many other features.
