To satisfy marketing opportunities one must develop new products and services, manage successful products, services, and brands, advertise, create sales promotions and public relations and use social media and mobile marketing to connect with consumers. First, what is marketing? Marketing is the activity, set of instructions, and process for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large (KERIN, HARTLEY,5).
