This man was certainly upset, but it wasn’t for moralistic reasons; instead, he took issue with the fact that he didn’t have enough money to pay for the “happy ending.” Thereupon, he informed the local police about the illegal conduct inside of this establishment and they decided to pay him as a confidential informant to go back there while wearing a wire. On four separate occasions, Pennsylvania state officers were stationed outside and listened to a live recording of him making arrangements for sex.
