Upper class American citizens are proven to be paying a lesser percentage of their income to taxes versus middle class citizens. Clinton’s plan named, “ A Fair Tax System,” which plans to, “…restore basic fairness to our tax code…, close corporate and Wall Street tax loopholes and invest in America…, simplify and cut taxes for small businesses so they can hire and grow…, provide tax relief to working families from the rising costs they face,… [and] pay for ambitious investments in a fiscally responsible way,” (Clinton Administration). Clinton wants to take control of the Wall Street tax loopholes as well as corporate loopholes. In order to eliminate the corporate loopholes Clinton plans on charging an exit tax for companies that want to move oversees to get cheaper labor and avoiding United States taxes. Clinton has a background of being in the public political eye being the First Lady and acquiring the position of Secretary of State for the Obama presidency. Clinton has first hand experience in the White House for twelve plus years unlike Donald Trump that has only a business background. Even though Trump has leadership from being CEO of his companies he does not have any political experience unlike Hillary Clinton. Not only do these two candidates have differences between their stance on American issues, their character moral really shows what a person is like.
