After the first presidential debate of 2016, held on September 26th, Donald Trump walked away feeling quite victorious. Polls suggested Trump overpowered Hillary Clinton during the debate, however, these “polls” may not be as reliable as we think. The polls were conducted online. A big red flag there. Online polls are not to be trusted due to several issues such as bias and those who voted do not qualify as random sampling. A professional when it comes to polling clarified this issue deemed the polls to be not trusted and people online should avoid them at all costs. So despite the fact Mr. Trump believes he won the first presidential debate, it looks as though maybe he himself should not trust the online
