The groups have been wrongly stereotyped and judged on things that are unchangeable. They have been put into categories based on how other Americans feel about them. Society affords them little respect, and does not make them feel as equal to other Americans are they are. Caucasians are not treated the way minorities are. This also includes most Caucasians women. Since they are on average wealthier than most Minorities; cannot understand Minority demands for better treatment. From their point of view; these groups want special treatment. This is mostly because they have never experienced what minorities deal with daily. The situations that minority groups encounter is depressing and not easy to deal with, yet they find the strength and hope to keep going and fighting for what they truly believe in (Blanks).
Minority Rights are just as important as the rights of all others here in America. The treatment that minorities receive is not right. They should get the same level of respect as all others. Minorities should feel accepted in their country and not as if they are unwelcomed and disowned. Conditions have improved slightly over the years, but there is a long way to go for equal treatment of Minority groups in America. To sum everything up, unpleasant and improper treatment of Minorities continues today. However, it’s safe to say; Minorities groups are still fighting and will not stop until they reach their
