There are many people who still thinks about immigration and the reason behind it. Many developed countries and their citizens who don’t support immigration wonder why immigration occurs. People are willing to leave everything behind and travel thousands of miles away from their own country to live in a different country with very new customs and traditions. There are various reasons behind this big step, which takes a lot of courage. To leave all their precious things and start a very new life, Immigrants surely don’t want to move to foreign countries unless it is good for their family betterment. Migration helps people to have a better future. Most of the time, parents make a difficult decision to migrate. They migrate because their children seek better educational benefits which are not available in their country because of low quality educational system. Migration gives the opportunity for children to benefit from things like good education, suitable jobs, healthcare benefits, and to live in a good environment. Some of the undeveloped countries do not offer a high quality of educational systems, medical programs, and other benefits for the families and especially children, which stops development of the country. Students in small countries only have high school diplomas because students don’t have opportunities to go to college and get a bachelor’s degree. Therefore, people end up working at grocery stores, restaurants, and retail because of the low quality of educational system. According to the article “Put an End to The Skills Bias”, Too few movers, gardenrs, elder-care workers, dishwashers, tomato pickers, hotel housekeepers and new construction laborers” (Korman). Tis quotes list many low-skilled work option because people don’t have enough education and skills to work on a higher positions level. Children are the victims of the drug wars. According to the article, “The Children of the Drugs Wars”, “A girls his age resisted being robbed of $5. She was clubbed over the head and dragged off by two men who cut a hole in her throat, stuffed her panties in it, and left her body in a ravine across the street from Cristian’s house” (Nazario). Many countries have those issues where innocent lives killed by gangs every day. Even though, they don’t have any relation with the gang members, but they have being killed. Moreover, in many countries like Honduras the gangsters force innocent children to join them and eventually children’s ends up being part of the gangs; due do such kind of incidents that force people migrate to country like America or other country for peaceful life.
