In the mural "Going to The Olympics" by Frank Romero, he placed many symbols in is mural in a specific place. The symbols hat i saw are the hearts, the iron, the blimp, two guys fighting, a horse, a portrait, palm trees, and also cars. The hearts may symbolize the love for LA, the two guys fighting probably symbolizes the games that would be in the Olympics. Also the cars have a certain color in a certain order, they have the colors of the Olympic logo and are in the exact order. In my opinion the way Romero used the choice of colors and shapes to create the mood for this picture of Los Angeles was unique.…

Is there any way to truly know who’s making decisions in North Korea and what their ultimate motives might be? Eric Talmadge admits in his opening statements in his article for the Associated Press, that knowing the true goals of the North Korean regime is difficult at best, but then writes an analysis to explain his opinion to the minds of the Western world. It is Talmadge’s view that North Korea will never willingly abandon its goal of nuclear weapons regardless of any repercussions from its allies or the UN, because the ruling cadre sees it as the only path to survival and world recognition. While acknowledging the impossibility of truly knowing the inside thoughts and workings of the North Korean rulers, the author proceeds to explain expert interpretations based on a referenced and unnamed power behind the regime such as ruling families, and powerful military and weapons administrations.…

“President Kennedy pledged not to resume testing in the air and promised to pursue all diplomatic efforts for a test ban treaty before resuming underground testing. He envisioned the test ban as a first step to nuclear disarmament.” Kennedy did whatever it took to stale nuclear destruction thus making him resort to alternative forces such as by constraining the testing of at nuclear weapons. Not to mention it accomplished Kennedy's goal to draw in the Soviet Union in agreements and diminish Cold War strains. I feel like this will help a ton in America's case since it will make a steady understanding between the united states and North Korea to stop nuclear testing and on the off chance that they consent to the arrangement they will feel obliged to stay faithful to their commitment thus guaranteeing…

Research Paper 1- Will North and South Korea ever Reunite When most people think about North and South Korea, they think of two nations that will never be able to reconcile and be able to reunite, two nations that have been at each other’s throats for a long time. I am one of those people. In my opinion there are many reasons why they will not be able to reunite as one nation again. The first reason why I believe that these two very different nations will not be able reunite with each other is that, these nations are just two different to reunite evenly and fairly in the end. Kim Jong-Un has made the country even more isolated than before by making security tighter at the border between China and North Korea, and he has made the punishments for crossing the border even more morose. Although he has enabled people to have larger economic freedom, Kim has still not allowed freedom of speech or thought. Although North Korea does not seem like it should be a powerful country, Kim Jong-Un’s philosophies and formidableness has made his nation’s army stand tall with loyalty because of the totalitarian government he runs. Because of their different political and moral beliefs, many say that Kim Jong-Un and Donald Trump do not get along. “The two exchanged numerous threats of warfare, and even took to personally insulting the…
