Why are we always in conflict with each other? What is the reason for this conflict? Children are in conflict with parents, spouses are in conflict with each other. People of one religion are in conflict with people of another religion. People are at times in conflict with things or people they are not even directly connected with. It happens because we love to identify ourselves with those in conflict and feel important .There are two types of conflicts. One with people we interact with in daily life and other with people at large. Conflicts happen because our hearts are at war.
Children when they become teenagers are often in conflict with the parents because they feel that the parents are out of tune with time and stuck up in their old ways. Children find the parents overbearing and dictating while parents feel that the children no longer respect them or listen to them. In the Internet age, where any information is just a click away, children feel empowered and tend to listen to the peers more than the parents.
