Manmade Climate Change is Real
Seas and Lakes dry up. The international community is ravaged by droughts. Extreme cases of heat waves, animal extinction, rising coastal waters, earthquakes and deforestation have strained the Earths natural balance. “How could this happen” one may ask. The answer is surprisingly simple. It’s the greed and ignorance of mankind. Eighty-two countries out of a hundred and forty eight countries that lie within the original forest zone have lost all their intact forest landscapes because of deforestation and climate change. The burning of fossil fuels for the past couple decades has caused the earth to become hotter than any other period in history. The melting of the ice caps and rising sea levels threaten to wipe off island countries off maps and even change borders in most countries. We can no longer deny that we are a key factor in changes of the climate worldwide. Not only does climate change affect the temperatures and the weather, it also affects our food sources. Once flourishing farmlands are turned into dusty drought stricken regions where plants can barely grow. If there is not a good season for crops, then populations around the world will starve. Crops need water to grow, but they can not because of the changing weather patterns.
