Love is a very interesting subject that most people don’t understand very well. Some think they know what it is, but do they really have a good grasp on it? I was curious about this, so I went on a hunt to see what people’s opinions were about love. I always seem to notice couples when I walk around, whether it’s on the streets, in town, or roaming the halls of school. There was sure to be someone who was the perfect fit for my quest. Without any luck, I got home from school and sat down with my dad to eat dinner. Then all of a sudden, a light bulb went off, of course, my dad was the perfect person to interview. He had been married for a long time, so he must have known a thing or two about love, wouldn’t he? I didn’t want to just go right out and …show more content…
Love at first sight between two humans is almost unheard of, other than fairy tales, but a love between a human and an inanimate object is a much more common thing, such as a very nice car or a big, expensive house.
I’m sure even though his mother and grandmother treated him poorly they still loved him, but I was curious how family love and love in a relationship differed. Sometimes it can be the same, in the circumstance that a family is started with a relationship. My dad met my mother, which just started off with a relationship. Before he knew it, he was getting married and then I came along a couple years later. Relationship may not be true love, however it can lead to real love and even family love if things work out.
As you can see, love comes in many different sizes, shapes, and forms. Whether it’s the love of a pet, or someone you want to be with for the rest of your life, love is love. Even though everyone loves different things and people, there are many similarities that make us all
