People come to the US in hopes of finding a better life than what they’ve experienced in their home countries. Whether it is to escape poverty, persecution, or a number of other problems, many see the US as a place to start over and better provide for themselves and for their families (Danzer 460). People may also be seeking asylum in the US due to political unrest in their own countries, even so, there are conditions that have to be met and many times it is just too difficult to be admitted.
