The Pros And Cons Of Hillary Clinton

What at night!? From 8:30 to 11:00 Anderson Cooper through question after question at the five Democratic candidates. The first directed at Hillary Clinton, a question in regards to her constant “flip floping” on various political topics. From TPP, to KeyStone pipeline. Both were answered with quick whit and political savoy. This set the tone for Hillary the entire evening. She was poised, Presidential, very confident and relaxed. Showing her understanding of basically every issue. Going after guns, and the NRA, to womens rights, equal pay and leave, college and climate change. Hillary finally put the center left at ease with her declaration that capitalism built this nation, and though Denmark is a great country this is The United States. With her statement a few minutes before when asked if she is a the baiting question, are you a progressive. Hillary answered, Yes I'm a progressive, a progressive who knows how to get things done. So after hearing that in the coming days Vice President Biden has little reason or support to enter the race.

Loud. He seemed to speak as if he was unsure if his microphone was working properly. A few good points were made, and a few misses as well. Sanders seemed unwilling for attack any of his fellow contenders, even coming to the aid of Hillary Clinton in regards to her supposed email scandal. Its was the right thing to do but the wrong thing politically. Now Bernie seemed to lack the details, and spoke with big ideas and broad strokes. Something that will continue his support on the left but will not help gain any center left or independent voters. Also his week stance on gun control compared to Hillary and even Martin O'Malley. So this may be a telling sign for Bernie Sanders, maybe he's hit his sealing. I'm sure if you asked a Bernie supporter they say he won the debate, but ask anyone

When people began judging president Trump for the idea of a ban on Muslims entering the United States, he quoted as a relevant historical event, World War II and the proclamations issued by then-President Franklin D. Roosevelt empowering the authorities to send away Japanese, German and Italian immigrants. In 1942, Roosevelt delivered an executive order that sent Japanese-Americans, many of them families that had been settled in the United States for generations, they were sent to so-called internment camps established along the West Coast. Trump described Roosevelt's policies as "far worse," but history experts have suggested the former president's wartime decisions weren't a good example for Trump to use at all. While Americans initially…

He is focusing less on things that matter to the voters he has already lost, the older white voters. His rhetorical use is extremely similar to how many other politicians speak, and is similar to Buber’s position on audience interaction. He begins his speech by appealing to the idealistic side of the young voters and those who are in the lower sections of the economic ladder. He explicitly states “This great nation and its government belong to all the people, not just a handful of billionaires” (Sanders) in order to.…

Interestingly, this also may have been Trump’s best performance. Trump appeared more presidential than he has ever appeared, though that is not saying much. He rarely attacked or insulted people (though he did get mad at the audience, claiming they were planted to boo him), refused to draw red lines, and even made some good points, such as drawing attention to the use of eminent domain in the Keystone XL pipeline (though, he lost that exchange in the conventional…

I think Bernie Sanders performed the best in this debate. He was very passionate while making his points, which I believe is important to get things done. Bernie answered the questions quickly and with confidence because he has had an unwavering stance on the topics. Also, I liked how he said, "Americans are sick of hearing about your damn emails." Funny, but also true.…

In this debate, Clinton lost by simply not winning. The trends aren't currently in her favor, and Sanders is gaining in Iowa, where he's starting to be treated like a serious candidate by the press. Her attempts to attack Sanders's support for single-payer health care were widely perceived as backfiring, especially among liberal primary voters who could possibly be tempted to support Clinton out of practicality. She needed a debate in which she could show that Sanders was out of his depth, not someone you could plausibly see actually functioning as president. She didn't do that this time around.…

I also feel, since this was broadcasted live, that his facial expressions were playing a key role in his speech. Also, as his speech was broadcasted through live television, I feel his facial expression played a role in the speech. It was important what facial expressions he made. He was able to keep good eye contact with the camera, making it appear that he was talking to every American citizen who was watching it live. His facial expressions showed one of sadness and shock which played a vital role because if someone was smiling, they would not be able to empathize with the audience in this situation.…

He's the last Republican smart republicans wanted. But, Hillary does a lot more than just words, and it takes people's lives. First off, she's proved time and time again how much of a liar she is. She lied about the Irish peace process, her vote in favor of the Iraq war, her reason for illegally using a personal email server, that her family was dead broke when they left the White House, about landing under sniper fire in Bosnia, where Chelsea was on 9/11, who she was named after, Benghazi… and the list goes on. Secondly, Hillary Clinton was in Miami when the phone call came from Benghazi.…

Her word choice was carefully picked, precise and clean. Her tone was a calm yet persistent one where one could see how subtle but also determined she was on her work. She would pause just enough to make a clean speech, she didn’t hurry off or seemed nervous in any way which only interested the audience into paying attention to her. However, one may think that she would have an even more effective speech if she would of played with her voice a little more or do some sort of hand gestures. If she would have changed her voice into a stronger one she maybe could have expressed some strong feeling that wasn’t empathy or remorse.…
