Narcan can bring people back to life. It can give someone a second chance to better themselves for their own sake as well as those around them. People do not think it will help them, they may think they will just leave and relapse because it will be too hard. With Narcan, you have to think about what happens after one is given Narcan. Do they stop abusing drugs and get help? Do they just continue to abuse drugs and overdose?
