Curse the Dark or Light a Candle We all encounter situations, from time to time, that have negative impacts on our lives. When faced with such situations, we have two choices; we can complain about them and do nothing, or we can take some action that will make them better. It is easy to complain and feel that we have no control over what is happening to us. It is easy to feel that nothing we do will change what is happening to us. But a situation only becomes hopeless when we accept it and do nothing to ameliorate it. Everyone has heard of J.K. Rowlings, Anthony Robbins, Oprah Winfrey and Jim & Nancy Dornan. Well, maybe not Jim & Nancy because they really aren't the celebrities that the others are, but I will share a little of their story
