When it comes to the topic of gun laws I am strongly convinced that we will never meet an agreement among everyone in the United States. Then again, I am confident when I say there is nothing in the world that will ever produce a mutual agreement between everyone. Due to varies opinions and beliefs. This is just how the world has and always will work. Many topics are in debate and forever will be, such as abortions, politics, marijuana usage, gay marriage, taxes, and so much more. For example, I stand in the middle of believing that the laws should be strengthened and the laws should be weaken also. Due to the fact that I am born and raised 18 years in Florida I am bias and I am going to use Florida’s gun laws as our example. Most other U.S. states have about the same restrictions but I am not as informed on them as I am for Florida. . For Florida you must be 21, a U.S. resident, not a convicted felon, not a drunken, not suffering from mental or physical illnesses, and a few other minor restrictions in order to obtain what they call a “Concealed-carry license.” Which I do not disagree with, I feel these restrictions are on point and should remain the same. Guns are a hit and miss when it comes to the safety of them because of how potentially dangerous they can be if used in properly or in fact just right. But I do feel with the laws everything seems to be just right until we come up to obtaining the license. Like i previously stressed I feel that that should be stricter. When considering everything else I believe that guns are something that we do deserve the privilege of happening in the intentions of self defense and hunting. But no matter how strict we make the laws if someone really wanted a gun for another reason they would find one. So it would be unfair to take everyones rights away due to poor decisions of others. In conclusion, I truly feel that unfortunately we are always going to have issues with guns in every aspect such as, mass shootings, suicides, homicides and accidentally shootings. So we should leave the laws as they are and pay attention the statistics and new problems that may surface and act on them as they
