People believe that with violence every single situation will clear up, well it will obviously not be that way. On the other hand, it will just lead to more and more problems that later on the government and the people will have to pay for it. Violence makes people think that after the attack everything will be back to normal and have it the way they want it. Little do they know that it will only worsen and will not be the way they want it. For example, the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, it did not only destroy one of the military bases, but it teared down a whole community with innocent American civilians that in reality did not deserve that at all. It caused destruction, something that the Japanese wanted and unfortunaly won, but it just made things even worse. Terrorist attacks always have violence involved in it somehow, people that have absolutely nothing to do get to live the consequences because terrorist believe that violence is a way to catch the government’s attention and take action. Violence is an action towards innocent civilians as a punishment or revenge for some sort of rebellion that these people are having. The belief that violence or its threat will be effective, and usher in change. Another way of saying this is: the belief that violent means justify the ends. Many terrorists in history said sincerely that they chose violence after long deliberation, because they felt they had no choice. This type of rebellion does not and never will be effective towards anything, on the contrary it only affects the nation
