Consumers love digital music which is evident from the influx of the number of digital files available on the internet in MP3 and other formats (Czerwinski, Fromm and Hodes). Customers are willing to buy and share music online through laptops, mobiles and other digital devices rather than buying CDs and DVDs from physical retail shops.
