Censorship under the guise of helping is in fact nothing but harmful as it withholds information that could be vital from citizens. Censorship allows for those that hold power and wish to keep holding on to that power to essentially brainwash the populace for his own devious goals.
Censorship is even more dangerous when it is disguised with the words only during political crisis. Who would decide what a political crisis is, censorship can lead a country to its doom, and history has shown us how dangerous it is.

But on August

Instead of warning the public about these bombs the U.S. had the Japanese government kept it secret so when the pamphlets fell down on Nagasaki no one heeded them. Such a scandal could be labeled as a political crisis and be kept from the public's knowledge if this was allowed and as such the U.S. would have no clue about it. However, that would then lead to the U.S. citizens having complete trust in Richard

Censorship in the media, especially during political crisis, is dangerous and should not be allowed. Who or what would be determining what gets censored and censorship in any country is dangerous as shown in history are all factors that show the dangers of censorship. To allow censorship, under any circumstances, is not only foolish but
